Train with Adby Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Train with Adby Ltd ("Train with Adby", "we", "our" or "us") and anyone using our services, including 21-Day Challenge participants, trial participants and ongoing members ("you" or "your").
By creating an account, joining a 21-Day Challenge, becoming a member or continuing to use Train with Adby services, you confirm that you have accepted these Terms & Conditions during the sign-up process within the Train with Adby App.
1. 21-Day Challenge
1.1 The 21-Day Challenge is a fixed-term coaching programme and does not automatically become an ongoing membership.
1.2 The challenge includes up to nine coaching sessions to be used within 21 consecutive days.
1.3 Any unused sessions expire at the end of the challenge and cannot be refunded, transferred or carried forward.
1.4 At the end of the challenge you will be invited to a review with one of our coaches to discuss your progress and whether an ongoing membership is suitable.
1.5 Should you decide to continue, your monthly membership will only commence once your Direct Debit has been established and accepted by Train with Adby.
2. Membership
2.1 Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred.
2.2 Memberships are rolling monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 Your membership reserves your place within our limited-capacity coaching programme.
2.4 Membership fees remain payable regardless of attendance.
2.5 Train with Adby reserves the right to limit membership numbers where necessary.
3. Membership Credits
3.1 Memberships include up to 2, 3 or 4 coaching sessions per week depending on your chosen membership.
3.2 Members receive:
2 sessions per week = 8 credits every 28 days
3 sessions per week = 12 credits every 28 days
4 sessions per week = 16 credits every 28 days
3.3 Credits operate independently of your monthly Direct Debit date.
3.4 Credits may be used at any time during the current 28-day credit cycle.
3.5 Unused credits expire at the end of the 28-day cycle.
3.6 Credits cannot be refunded, exchanged or rolled into future cycles.
4. Payments
4.1 Membership payments are collected by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month.
4.2 A pro-rata payment may be required before the first monthly payment.
4.3 Failed payments may result in suspension of bookings and gym access.
4.4 Members remain responsible for outstanding payments.
4.5 Train with Adby may review membership prices from time to time to reflect increases in operating costs, coaching services or facility improvements. Members will receive a minimum of 30 days' written notice of any price changes.
5. Bookings
5.1 Sessions must be cancelled at least two hours before their scheduled start time.
5.2 Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the session credit being deducted.
5.3 Persistent late cancellations or missed sessions may result in a review of membership.
6. Cancellation
6.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted via the Train with Adby App or by email to info@trainwithadby.com.
6.2 Cancellation requests via social media, text message or verbal notification will not be accepted.
6.3 Your one-month notice period begins from your next scheduled payment date.
6.4 One final payment will be collected.
6.5 Membership remains active until the end of your final paid month.
7. Membership Pauses
7.1 Membership pauses and freezes are not offered as a standard membership benefit.
7.2 In exceptional circumstances Train with Adby may approve a temporary membership pause at its sole discretion.
Where approved:
Pause requests must be submitted before the next scheduled payment date.
The next monthly payment will still be collected.
Membership will then pause for one full calendar month.
Membership pauses cannot replace the required cancellation notice.
8. Member Code of Conduct
Train with Adby is committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming and respectful environment.
Members must:
Treat others respectfully.
Follow staff instructions.
Respect personal space.
Use equipment responsibly.
The following behaviour may result in immediate suspension or termination:
Harassment.
Bullying.
Intimidation.
Unwanted physical contact.
Sexual harassment.
Discrimination.
Aggressive or abusive behaviour.
Behaviour causing another person to reasonably feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
Deliberate misuse of equipment.
Damage to gym property.
Illegal activity.
Train with Adby reserves the right to investigate complaints and make reasonable decisions regarding suspension or termination.
9. Health & Safety
Members confirm they are fit to exercise.
Members agree to:
Inform Train with Adby of any relevant medical conditions.
Inform Train with Adby of changes to their health.
Follow coach instructions.
Use equipment safely.
Ask a coach before using unfamiliar equipment.
Exercise within their own capabilities.
Participation remains at the member's own risk.
10. Photography & Video
Train with Adby may take photographs and videos for promotional purposes.
Images will only be used where consent has been provided.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
11. Filming & Recording
Members may record their own training provided this does not disrupt others.
Members must not film, photograph or record other members, visitors or staff without explicit consent.
Commercial filming or live streaming requires prior approval.
Train with Adby may require filming to cease immediately.
Repeated or serious breaches may result in suspension or termination.
12. Equipment & Property
Members must use equipment responsibly.
Members may be required to pay the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing equipment damaged through deliberate misuse or negligence.
Train with Adby accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
13. Opening Hours & Services
Opening hours, coaches, classes and facilities may change from time to time.
Train with Adby reserves the right to temporarily close parts of the facility for maintenance or operational reasons.
14. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with UK GDPR.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store and process your information.
15. Changes to these Terms
Train with Adby may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Where material changes affect your membership we will provide at least 30 days' written notice.
