Train with Adby Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Train with Adby Ltd ("Train with Adby", "we", "our" or "us") and anyone using our services, including 21-Day Challenge participants, trial participants and ongoing members ("you" or "your").

By creating an account, joining a 21-Day Challenge, becoming a member or continuing to use Train with Adby services, you confirm that you have accepted these Terms & Conditions during the sign-up process within the Train with Adby App.

1. 21-DAY CHALLENGE

1.1 The 21-Day Challenge is a fixed-term coaching programme and does not automatically become an ongoing membership.

1.2 The challenge includes up to nine coaching sessions to be used within 21 consecutive days.

1.3 Any unused sessions expire at the end of the challenge and cannot be refunded, transferred or carried forward.

1.4 At the end of the challenge you will be invited to a review with one of our coaches to discuss your progress and whether an ongoing membership is suitable.

1.5 Should you decide to continue, your monthly membership will only commence once your Direct Debit has been established and accepted by Train with Adby.

2. MEMBERSHIP

2.1 Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred.

2.2 Memberships are rolling monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.3 Your membership reserves your place within our limited-capacity coaching programme.

2.4 Membership fees remain payable regardless of attendance.

2.5 Train with Adby reserves the right to limit membership numbers where necessary.

3. MEMBERSHIP CREDITS

3.1 Memberships include up to 2, 3 or 4 coaching sessions per week depending on your chosen membership.

3.2 Members receive:

  • 2 sessions per week = 8 session credits every 28 days

  • 3 sessions per week = 12 session credits every 28 days

  • 4 sessions per week = 16 session credits every 28 days

3.3 Session credits operate independently of your monthly Direct Debit date.

3.4 Credits may be used at any time during the current 28-day credit cycle.

3.5 Unused credits expire at the end of each 28-day credit cycle.

3.6 Credits cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged for future credit.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1 Membership payments are collected by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month.

4.2 A pro-rata payment may be required before your first monthly payment.

4.3 Failed payments may result in suspension of bookings, gym access and coaching services until your account is brought up to date.

4.4 Members remain responsible for any outstanding membership fees.

4.5 Train with Adby may review membership prices from time to time to reflect increases in operating costs, coaching services or improvements to our facilities. Members will receive a minimum of 30 days' written notice of any price changes.

5. BOOKINGS & ATTENDANCE

5.1 Sessions must be cancelled at least two hours before their scheduled start time using the Train with Adby App.

5.2 Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the session credit being deducted.

5.3 Persistent late cancellations or missed sessions may result in a review of membership.

6. CANCELLATION

6.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted via the Train with Adby App or by email to info@trainwithadby.com.

6.2 Cancellation requests via social media, text message or verbal notification will not be accepted.

6.3 Your one-month notice period begins from your next scheduled payment date.

6.4 One final payment will be collected.

6.5 Membership remains active until the end of your final paid month.

7. MEMBERSHIP PAUSES

7.1 Membership pauses and freezes are not offered as a standard membership benefit.

7.2 In exceptional circumstances, Train with Adby may approve a temporary membership pause at its sole discretion.

7.3 Approval of a membership pause does not waive or replace the required cancellation notice period unless otherwise agreed in writing by Train with Adby.

8. MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT

Train with Adby is committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for all members, staff and visitors.

Members are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect.

  • Follow reasonable instructions given by Train with Adby staff.

  • Respect personal space and boundaries.

  • Use equipment responsibly.

The following behaviour may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership:

  • Harassment.

  • Bullying.

  • Intimidation.

  • Unwanted physical contact.

  • Sexual harassment or inappropriate comments.

  • Discrimination of any kind.

  • Aggressive, threatening or abusive behaviour.

  • Behaviour that reasonably causes another member, coach or visitor to feel unsafe, intimidated or uncomfortable.

  • Deliberate misuse of equipment.

  • Damage to gym property.

  • Illegal activity.

Train with Adby reserves the right to investigate complaints and take any action reasonably considered necessary to protect members, staff and visitors.

9. HEALTH & SAFETY

9.1 Members confirm they are fit to exercise or have obtained appropriate medical advice before participating.

9.2 Members agree to inform Train with Adby of any relevant medical condition or change in health that may affect their ability to exercise safely.

9.3 Members agree to follow all coaching instructions.

9.4 If you are unsure how to use any equipment or perform any exercise safely, you must ask a member of the Train with Adby coaching team before proceeding.

9.5 Participation in exercise and use of the gym facilities is undertaken at the member's own risk.

10. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

10.1 Train with Adby may occasionally take photographs and videos within the gym for marketing and promotional purposes.

10.2 Your image will only be used where you have provided your consent.

10.3 Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting Train with Adby.

11. MEMBER FILMING & RECORDING

11.1 Members may record their own training provided it does not disrupt coaching sessions or other members.

11.2 Members must not photograph, film or record other members, visitors or staff without their explicit consent.

11.3 Live streaming or commercial filming requires prior approval from Train with Adby.

11.4 Train with Adby reserves the right to require filming or recording to stop immediately where this policy is breached.

11.5 Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or termination of membership.

12. EQUIPMENT & PERSONAL PROPERTY

12.1 Members are expected to use all equipment responsibly and in accordance with coach instruction.

12.2 Members may be required to pay the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing equipment damaged through deliberate misuse or negligence.

12.3 Train with Adby accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.

13. OPENING HOURS & SERVICES

13.1 Opening hours, coaching schedules, session times and available services may change from time to time.

13.2 Train with Adby reserves the right to amend opening hours, session times and coaching schedules where reasonably necessary.

13.3 Train with Adby may temporarily close parts of the facility for maintenance, improvements or operational reasons.

13.4 Where reasonably possible, notice of any significant closures or timetable changes will be provided in advance.

14. PRIVACY

14.1 Personal information is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

14.2 Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store and process your personal information.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

15.1 Train with Adby reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

15.2 Where material changes affect your membership, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice.
