We started working in the fitness industry in 2009, became personal trainers in 2011 and, in 2015, opened the doors to Train With Adby.
Back then, we delivered one-to-one personal training.
Like many personal trainers, our clients paid for a commercial gym membership and then paid us for one personal training session each week.
After that session, we'd write them a programme to complete on their own.
It sounded great.
But we kept seeing the same problem.
Commercial gyms were busy.
People felt intimidated.
Equipment wasn't available.
And although they had a great programme, they still only saw us once a week.
The programme wasn't the problem.
The environment was.
So We Built the Gym We Wished Existed

We built our own personal training gym.
